In order to test the above working hypothesis , the contractile functions in unloaded soleus were observed by using in vitro skeletal muscle strip perfusion , the expression of mhc proteins and mrna was detected by sds - page and rt - pcr , respectively 為驗證這一設想,本研究采用大、小鼠尾部懸吊模型模擬失重狀態(tài),用離體骨骼肌肌條灌流方法觀測收縮功能的變化,并采用sds - page與rt一pcr技術,觀測比目魚肌mhc異構(gòu)體的表達。
With the development of space exploration projects , the atrophy and decreased function in antigravity skeletal muscles are one of major problems that need to be solved for the prolonged space flight . to understand the features of decreased contractile function and increased fatigability in unloaded hindlimb skeletal muscles will help to develop effective countermeasures during space flight , and contribute to the prevention and treatment of skeletal muscle atrophy in long - term bed - rest patients 隨著載人航天活動的發(fā)展,航天飛行時間越來越長,抗重力肌廢用性萎縮引起的強直收縮疲勞性增加,使航天員運動易疲勞的感覺更加明顯,限制了飛行時間和工作效率,在應急逃生時肌肉發(fā)生損傷的可能性增大,且影響返回地面重力環(huán)境后的再適應能力。
